Welcome to Magnetic Mother Collective. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Program Overview

Magnetic Mother Collective is a holistic group coaching program that includes:

  • Individualised 1:1 support from degree-qualified practitioners (nutritionists, naturopaths, and coaches)

  • Group coaching calls

  • Access to a private Slack community

  • A self-paced resource library

  • Mindset and nervous system regulation tools

This program is for educational and coaching purposes only. It does not replace medical or psychological care.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the immediate access to program materials and practitioner support, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, non-participation, or personal circumstances.

3. Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you agree to pay the full program fee in instalments.

  • Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled.

  • You are legally responsible for completing all payments in full.

  • Missed payments may result in loss of access and recovery action.

4. Health & Mental Health Disclaimer

This program does not offer therapeutic, psychiatric, or medical advice. Participation may involve emotional processing or mindset work, but:

  • It is not a substitute for professional mental health support.

  • You are solely responsible for your wellbeing during and after the program.

  • If issues arise, you agree to seek appropriate external care.

Emma Morris and the Maia Mothers Collective team are not liable for any outcomes related to mental, physical, or emotional health.

5. Risk & Liability

By joining, you acknowledge:

  • You participate voluntarily.

  • You are responsible for your own mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.

  • You release Emma Morris and the team from any liability relating to emotional distress or physical symptoms triggered by program content.

6. Boundaries & Community Guidelines

To maintain a respectful and supportive experience:

  • Slack access is available Monday–Friday with responses within 24–48 hours.

  • Group calls are held as scheduled and recorded where possible.

  • Cancellations for 1:1 appointments require 24 hours notice.

  • Breach of community standards may result in removal without refund.

7. Access Terms

  • Group and Slack access ends after your 3- or 6-month enrolment term.

  • Portal access to the self-paced library continues for up to 12 months.

  • Practitioner appointments must be used within your enrolment period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content remains the sole property of Emma Morris and Maia Mothers Collective.
You may not share, copy, or redistribute program materials.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal and health information is stored securely and will never be shared without consent, in accordance with Australian privacy law.

10. Testimonials & Promotion

Written feedback or testimonials may be used for marketing purposes using your first name only, unless you opt out by emailing: [email protected].

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By purchasing, you agree to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts in any dispute.

By completing your enrolment, you confirm that:

  • You understand this is a non-refundable program.

  • You agree to complete all payments in full.

  • You take full responsibility for your own health and participation.
